Modified Triumph Cafe Racer

I started this personal project to learn a little more about motorcycles. So I started looking for motorcycles and found this nice basic 3d model of the “Triumph Bonneville” from Maciek Ptaszynski free to download.

I started by eliminating piece by piece of the motorcycle and left only the engine and the wheels.

Some rough sketches helped me to have some ideas of my basic concept. From there I started modeling the new pieces for the frame, tank, light, ect…. Created some dark gray, blue and black metallic materials and light the motorcycle in front of a dark background.

Modeling, texturing and lighting was made inside of 3dsmax with vray.
